Returns are only accepted at the time of delivery in the presence of the courier. Customers are kindly requested to inspect the product upon receiving it. If there is any issue, it must be reported immediately and the item can be returned on the spot.

Please note that exchanges or returns are not accepted after the product has been received and the courier has left.
